The New Breed--The Workforce of the New Millennium. As the demographics of America change, the implications on America's workforce are staggering. What will be happening to our workforce? How will changes in age, ethnicity and other factors affect the way we manage and lead? This keynote presentation addresses those issues and offers a prescription for leaders in this decade and beyond.

Making the Grade--Effectively Measuring Organizational Performance . Life in school was pretty easy. There was one way of measuring your academic performance: the report card. Whether our not we were happy with the results, we knew what the results were, and most of us understood the consequences. In today's organizations, there is increasing pressure for accountability to leaders, stakeholders, and stockholders. This session discusses the performance measurement movement, and how to measure success in our organizations.

Love 'Em or Lose 'Em: Getting Good People to Stay. Low unemployment rates and a rapidly expanding economy make it a seller's market in the employment arena. More and more organizations are coming to understand the need for strategies that result in retaining good employees longer. Participants in this session will learn what it takes to keep good employees and how to implement plans and programs to reward and recognize the best and to let them know that they are appreciated.

Building Bench Strength: Developing the Next Generation of Leaders. Good coaches know the importance of developing their "bench"--those who are preparing now for leadership later. They also know that you can't leave that process to luck. The same is true in any organization. What are you doing to prepare your bench for their first- string role later? What can we do to ensure a smooth transition and to help these people, the future of our organizations, prepare for their future roles?

Stress Strategies. In our modern lives, stress is taking over. Far and away, the most prescribed medications in America are anti-depressants and ulcer medication. And our environment shows little sign of letting up. How can professionals manage stress? What strategies can we use in our personal and professional lives to keep our reactions to stress in line? Can we make stress work for us instead of against us?
